Paid programs and services
The Repertoire Course
Repertoire is an online training program that is available to purchase once per year, usually in August or September. It's available with a 1 time payment, a 3-month- and a 6-month payment plan.
Repertoire refund Policy
The Repertoire course has a 21-day guarantee after the course start, which is marked by the release of Module 1 and offers a full refund if it doesn't meet your expectations. You must contact us before the end of the 21-day refund period in order to be eligible for a refund.
Failed payments
Repertoire 3-month and 6-month payment plans: If a payment fails, the payment service company (Stripe or PayPal) will make a second attempt after 5 days. If the second payment doesn’t go through access to the course will be revoked until the payment is made.
By purchasing the course you are entering a legal contract with Bear Bell Productions AB to complete all payments, after the refund policy has ended. We will take measures to collect the payments but if you for some reason doesn't fulfil all payments in a payment plan, access to the course and community will be permanently revoked and removed from your product library without the right for any refunds of payments already made.
The Evolution membership
Membership Subscription
Evolution is a subscription service billed either monthly or yearly. The payments are charged automatically each month or year on the same date.
Refund Policy and Cancellation
The annual Evolution membership payment option offers a 30-day refund period, minus a prorated monthly fee, if you are dissatisfied.
The monthly payment option is not included in the refund policy as you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel you need to contact our customer support at least 2 working days before the next payment is due. We do not issue refunds retroactively.
