You will also learn how to "dress up" your trailing floral pattern inspired by 3 historical styles:

• Chinoiserie
• Arts and Crafts

At the end of the challenge you will have a sophisticated design:

  • To include in your portfolio,
  • Upload to your POD-shops,
  • For printing your own wallpaper, fabric and other products,

CHALLENGE SCHEDULE

May 7th: Lesson 1 - Practice drawing motifs inspired by 3 historical styles

May 8th: Lesson 2 - Plan the layout

May 11th: Lesson 3 - Draw the repeat composition

May 12th: Lesson 4 - Digitalize, add color & texture

May 13th: Lesson 5 - Create the final repeating pattern

May 18th: Challenge ends

May 20th: Winners announced
